"Golden" apples

A winter variety bred in the United States (West Virginia), with medium-sized fruit (140–170 g). The skin is golden-light green, turning yellow later, sometimes with a faint blush on the sun-exposed side. The flavor is sweet and dessert-like, with a strong aroma; the flesh is firm and very juicy. A versatile variety, suitable for juice as well. Stores for up to 6 months.
