A winter variety bred in the United States, with large fruits (180–250 g). The flesh is yellowish-cream in color, firm, very juicy, and crisp. The flavor is sweet and tart, with a light aroma. High frost tolerance (down to -35°C) and resistance to diseases and scab. Stores for 6–7 months.
