OrganicHub contacts: how to reach us

If you’re a certified organic manufacturer and want to add your listing to the catalog for free, write to us on Telegram or by email. More about the project is on the “About Us” page, and the full list of participants is in the “Manufacturers” section.

We try to reply to Telegram and VKontakte messages within one business day, and to emails within one to two business days. If your question is urgent, Telegram is the fastest way to reach us — that’s where we’re online most often.

For organic manufacturers: listing your business in the OrganicHub catalog is free. To add your organization, send us your production region and address, a list of certified products, your certificate number and certification body, and your contact details — phone, email, or website. We’ll verify the information against the Ministry of Agriculture register and publish your listing within a few days.

For advertisers and partners: OrganicHub is read by people interested in certified organic products who are looking for verified manufacturers. If you’d like to advertise on the site or propose a partnership, email us with a brief description of your proposal — we’ll reply with the placement terms.

On OrganicHub’s Zen channel, we publish material about organic farming in Russia: how certification works, where to find verified manufacturers, and which crops are grown by the farms in our catalog. Subscribe so you don’t miss new articles.

OrganicHub maintains an independent catalog of manufacturers certified under Russian and international organic production standards. We collect data from the public register of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture and supplement it with information from the manufacturers themselves, so if you notice an inaccuracy in a listing, write to us too — we’ll check and correct it promptly. We welcome feedback of any kind — it helps us make the OrganicHub catalog more accurate and useful for everyone looking for certified organic products.
